Supplementary closed back headphones

Budget: 500 €

Source/Amp: None, or the computer.

How the gear will be used As a supplementary to my current headphones Fidelio X2s, when things gets abit louder in my household or when i wanna keep the sound to a minimal. So a closed back is a must.

Preferred tonal balance/Music genres: Not much of a preference i really like my current Fidelio X2s, Master dynamic MW07 and Bowers Wilkins PX. But i'm just worst at describing sounds so i'm not gonna dwelve too much into it. I prefer slightly more bass, but i'm not too crass about it.

What aspect of your current listening experience would you like to improve? Comfort>Sound. I wear eyeglasses if matters.

Thing about closed backs in my experience, is to get the ideal sound out of them you need a decent seal around the pads... and glasses... dunno... that could be a bit of a challenge.

If I can't get a full/moderate seal the bottom end is just gone.

IMO: I'd research into the Sony MDR-XB1000 .... those big pillow pads might compensate for the glasses arms... but trying to source them may be hard... but might lead to other options in the family.

If not that, Denon / Focal / Fostex are my short list for closed back options.
