It's a Nokia Valuegraph 449E. Looks like horizontal deflection collapses after a moment on power up Sometimes the tube doesnt turn on at all. I've resoldered the deflection connector on the chassis but that didnt help.
Fault occured after the side was hit with a medium sized falling object.
Edit: After more troubleshooting along with some other people we've deducted its internal arcing ing the flyback transformer. Not sure what to do with it for now.
