Ive seen many RI3401 units with various mods revolving around custom firmware (classic and hybrid), Vector processor upgrades and analog board modifications. Are these legal? Surely any output stage mods need to be tested and registered for business users but what about the baseband analog converter? Can i get in trouble for running one with a pauli z on the Xj output?
