I was going for a Gesture Meteorite build and accidentally hit myself. That happened to proc Tri-Tip Dagger which ended up killing me through Strides of Heresy. Honestly a great way to end the run early haha
I don't think you lose coins that you drop because that would mean monsters would have to have coins themselves. I think it's just a random chance to generate one. I'd check but I was in the bazaar buying stuff so I'm not sure exactly how many I had
It's a 0.5% chance for the first coin that drops in a run and then it halves for each coin after that. I think one had dropped before so it should have been a 0.25% chance on killing myself to drop one
