Im getting this same error, and unfortunately the support team is no longer accessible seeing that they've removed the chat support altogether.

Most likely an error on Facebook. Try contacting their support team

I have run ads on Facebook so far with no issue. However I have not posted video ads yet.


I tried to upload the video when doing up the ad and the FB system keeps saying there's an error saying "something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can." 

 I have checked: chrome is of the latest version, i have switched internet providers, i have tried online converters to Facebook-friendly videos. 

Really can't figure out what the issue is.
