I have run ads on Facebook so far with no issue. However I have not posted video ads yet.

I tried to upload the video when doing up the ad and the FB system keeps saying there's an error saying "something went wrong. We're working on getting this fixed as soon as we can."

I have checked: chrome is of the latest version, i have switched internet providers, i have tried online converters to Facebook-friendly videos.

Really can't figure out what the issue is.

I am currently using Gempages to do up a landing page for my Shopify page. While Gempages is easy to use, the layout of the page immediately gets distorted when I press Preview before publishing it in my Shopify page.

Gempages does not have a user guide and keeps telling users to refer to Shopify when facing issues.

Does anyone have any experience using Gempages?

I had an anxiety relapse last year and the only way it went away was when I had to add Lorazepam to my amitryptyline regime. I've been following this for the past 1.5 years. Recently my psych and I discussed going off the Lorazepam completely so I stopped taking it daily and only take it when I absolutely need to.

However, ever since this, I notice my anxiety symtopms coming back in terms of sleeplessness, loss of appetite despite me being away from the trigger (work). And on top of that I'm having tinnitus for the past few days.

The tinnitus is new to me and I am wondering whether this is because I'm going off Lorazepam.

And are there any home remedies for tinnitus? I do intend to see

Yesterday I posted that I was feeling awful about going to work and teaching a class.

I managed to sleep well last night. However, the moment I woke up and started getting ready for work, the panic set in despite me taking my medication.

I was this close to calling in sick but I didn't want to give in. I forced myself to take a cab and go to work. I felt a little better once reaching work but the panic symptoms set in when I had to teach a class. I couldn't speak properly for the first five minutes because the more I spoke, the more I felt breathless.

I reined it in and somehow found the strength to continue. I managed to teach the class and my class really enjoyed the lesson.

School is back in session after December vacation.

As I mentioned in an earlier post, I was not looking forward to going back to teaching. Just the idea of stepping into class was terrifying.

I somehow managed to do it today. When I walked up to class today, I felt a slight sense of breathlessness and nervousness. I set up my laptop and started my Literature lesson. I felt really off for the first ten minutes. After a while, I felt much better and completely OK.

However after the lesson ended, I felt this immense sense of weariness. Like as if the very life has been sucked out from me. I just wanted to collapse in bed.

I'm really worried as these are all symptoms of anxiety and I do n

Vacation is over and I have to go back to work tomorrow.

I think my mind associates my workplace with negativity and stress. I've been there for 5 years and it's an extremely toxic environment in terms of workload and office politics. Plus, I also have a fear of public speaking.

I haven't been in the classroom for ages and I'm terrified of going back to work tomorrow. I feel a sense of unease.

I have already planned my lesson for tomorrow. But yet this sense of unease and impending doom is gnawing at me and making me feel restless. I love teaching Literature and I love my students. I don't want to disappoint myself tomorrow by succumbing to anxiety.

I suffered a relapse last year and I managed to emerge from it with a higher dose of medication and another new medication that was added. I was not a hundred percent but I managed to get past each day somewhat OK.

I've been on vacation for the past month (I'm a teacher) and I'm experiencing symptoms again despite being away from my main trigger which is teaching.

It happens whenever I go to crowded areas mainly shopping malls. My vision gets blurry, my face and chest feel hot and my knees feel like they are going to collapse. I've not exactly been taking my medication on time as I was on vacation mode. I really hope that it's because of this.

I start teaching tomorrow onwards and I'm ver

I had a relapse this year. Though my situation has somewhat stabilised, I get bouts of anxiety here and there without warning.

Yesterday I went to watch Aquaman on IMAX. The immersive experience was particularly unsettling and triggered my anxiety, making me want to leave the cinema. I've had no issue watching movies in IMAX prior to this. I kept telling myself I was safe and that nothing was going to happen to me. I somehow lasted through the entire movie without having a full fledged attack.

Tomorrow I'll be having Xmas eve dinner at a super bustling place in the city area. My family is really looking forward to this dinner so I don't want to be a party pooper. But just the thought of be

As I've mentioned in previous posts, I suffered a relapse this year. I'm better now but I need to be on a strict regime of medication.

I don't have a fear of flying or claustrophobia but whenever I've had a relapse, I dread taking flights because the idea of being in an enclosed space in the airplane scares the hell out of me.

I had to go for a work trip last month. While I had similar fears about being in an airplane, I was completely fine throughout the entire journey. I felt really proud of myself. However, that was a short 45 minute flight.

I'm now leaving for my vacation but the same fear is setting in. I keep imagining myself having a full fledged panic attack and cabin crew actual

As I've mentioned in some earlier posts, I teach literature in a school and I also suffered from a terrible relapse earlier this year.

While the medication has kept it somewhat under control, I still get bouts of anxiety when something seems overwhelming to me.

Every year, my department organizes a trip to a literature festival in another country. This year, I was tasked to be in charge of this trip and it is a huge responsibility as I'm answerable if anything untoward happens during the trip.

This horrible thought has slowly festered in my mind and it is making me feel anxious. I'm so terrified that this feeling is going to worsen when I go to the airport as I've also taken a break fro

I'm on amitryptyline and lorazepam for my anxiety. I had a relapse this year so I have to strictly take these pills and they do help with my anxiety.

Lately, I'm becoming very worried about the long term effects of such medication on my body and also its unknown effects on any child I might choose to have in future.

The Internet is highly unreliable as some articles claim these drugs don't have any ravaging ramifications while others paint all sorts of horror stories.

I chanced upon lavender pills online randomly and it's highly rated. The reviews also claim that it is excellent for people with anxiety. Some reviews also claim that they have gone off their normal anxiety medication becaus

My boyfriend and I have been together for 8 years. In the first year of our relationship, my boyfriend hung out with a bunch of people who never liked me and constantly made up nasty rumours about me. I was never close to them and I only heard about these rumours when the boyfriend and I were on a break and some close friends of mine confided to me about these rumours.

I deleted all of them on social media and never acknowledged them when I met them. I didn't see the point of being as fake as them. My boyfriend at that time knew that they talked badly about me but didn't choose to do anything about it as our relationship was on shaky ground and he really seemed to like hanging out with them

The bf mentioned that he wanted a panini/sandwich maker as he had one in his old apartment. Since his birthday was nearing, I decided to buy it for him.

Last night, during a fight, he brought up how a sandwich/panini maker is an odd gift to give for someone's birthday and also said that he had never even mentioned wanting a panini/sandwich maker. Along with the Panini/Sandwich maker, I bought him a Calvin Klein cologne as well as gym wear because he's a fitness buff who regularly gyms. These two items were left out of the conversation.

My heart broke hearing that. And then he proceeded to brag about a gift that he had bought for my birthday last year and how it was so costly and the mother

I'm a teacher who was diagnosed with anxiety 4 years ago. The cause of the anxiety was my toxic environment of a workplace.

I was put on amitryptyline and this has been working well for me for the past few years. This year I suffered a relapse because of increasing stress in the workplace. The relapse was so terrible but I coped with it by continuing my medication, going for EMDR and some other new things I tried. And finally I noticed that I was feeling better this past month.

But today something happened that triggered my anxiety.

My school gives students a survey to do every semester which involves giving feedback on their teachers.

I normally have great feedback with the occasiona
