USG-3 Stopped getting WAN IP out of the blue
For some reason today at around noon my Internet dropped. After taking a look at a few things in noticed that my USG-3 was no longer getting an IP from the AT&T Arris modem that sits upstream from it. Connecting directly to the modem showed that my fiber connection was up and I was able to get to the Internet when plugged directly into it from a wired laptop. I had the Arris modem set up with IP Passthrough to the USG and everything had been working fine. No amount of restarting resetting or re-adopting has fixed it. I also tried setting a static WAN IP on the USG with no luck.
Any ideas to get this thing working again or has it died on me? My wife works full time from home and my kids iPads have become paperweights. It is mayhem in this place!

Do you have a controller? Check the config in that? I had a ton of problems that was fixed by testing the config on the controller. You might also try readopting it.
I do, the controller is a cloud key gen 2+. I dropped it out of the controller totally last night and “forgot” it so I’m going to reset it and try one more time before I give and just route stuff back through the AT&T modem.
