Can't join any multiplayer lobbies

I bought the game about an hour ago to play with friends, and I can not get into an online lobby at all. Doesn't matter if I try to join a friend or create an online game myself, I just get a static picture of the lobby and when I even attempt to click anything the game crashes.

Possible fixes I've tried: -reinstalling

-reinstalling on a different hard drive

-running in windowed/windowed borderless

-disabling all mods

-using the DX11 or DX12 version

-reset all setting to default

Can anybody help me with that?
