Gotta love the abc spin
Nothing like a pandemic to push a political agenda
What political agenda? Would you also argue that Sky News also pushes their political agenda too?
No joke, theres some lean detected recently with ABC
True, but get a serve of Sky News - they are basically a commercial propaganda channel. They are certainly not news.
My taxes dont pay for sky news
Way to miss the point. If you agree or disagree with the the landlord's actions then say why. Partisan political digs are neither relevant or helpful.
I got the point loud and clear. Its screaming in your face starting with the photo they chose to use all the way down to why this is even a story in the first place.
Your point is loud and clear too. What else do you want? If you expect us to all agree with you, it's not going to happen. I myself am apolitical, nonpartisan but don't appreciate you complaining about a radical political agenda (left wing I presume) when it seems like you are forcing one of your own, just the other way (very right wing I presume).
Fair point. But it shits me when I see the abc do it (almost every day) and this was a political propaganda piece it reeks of it, you’d be stupid not to see it.
Point is, someone posted it here and I spoke up. As we all have a right to do.
I’ve said it time and time again, leave politics out of THIS sub, yet they keep sneaking it in.
Eh, I don’t disagree what their intention was with the headline and photo used. But at least the actual article lets him give his reasoning, and talks about the difficulties in assessing who should take the financial blow. That’s far more than a lot of other news outlets show.
I agree.
Seems fine to ask for the rent, also seems fine for the renters to tell him to fuck off.
