Modded GBA doesn't turn on
Please, help! I've modded my GBA last month with a backlight screen. It worked very well.
Today I'm trying to apply also a new speaker of Retro Modding, but... the GBA is dead! It doesn't turn on! I've tried with the isopropanol alcohol, but nothing!
P.s. Sorry for my english, but I'm desperate! :(

That ribbon cable might be your issue. Ribbon cables are supposed to be folded at 90 degrees or 45 degrees. Unfortunately you probably broke a connection on this cable. The solder also looks like it might’ve been bridged from the jumper wire to the resistor, shorting out the board. If you have any questions or need help r/FixMyGameboy can surely point you in the right direction!
