Hey all! I’ve been tossing around the idea of purchasing a new printer and I really don’t know where I should start. I’m a college student and I’ve owned an Epson inkjet and because printing wasn’t really needed in the past year due to online submissions my printer dried up. I’ve tried the cleaning solution recommended but I think I might have ruined the printer. I don’t print often, and when I do it’s always monochrome. I only want to print basic text documents and really don’t need color. What should I look for in a printer that might go unused for a month? Should I try another inkjet or go for something like a laser? My budget is $300-$350.
