Marksmen are way too expensive.
The BE cost is really limiting for new accounts attempting to play ADC. The only meta ADC available for a reasonable price is Miss Fortune at 3150. I have a level 40 account. I have Ashe, Sivir, Twitch, MF, and Tristana. The only other champions I've purchased were warwick and Poppy, so I can play offrole if I need to.
This selection is not particularly good for a player going into soloqueue. Ezreal is 4800, Cait is 4800, Lucian and Varus are also 4800. These are all champions which have unique playstyles which are niche in certain cases. They are champions that are needed. in order to go into ranked games, with the objective of getting a good draft. Not to mention that some of the best ADC's in the game are locked off at 6300, those being Aphelios, Kallista, Xayah, and Kai'sa.
Every other class has good options for a variety of skill levels at reasonable prices.
Assassins(below 3150): Evelyn, Jax, Xin Zhao, Akali, Katarina, Kassadin, Leblanc, Nidalee, Pantheon
Fighter(<3150): Dr. Mundo, Garen, Kayle, Master Yi, Poppy, Singed, Warwick, Jax, Mordekaiser, Malphite, Nasus, Tryndamere, Udyr, Gangplank, Gragas, Olaf, Shen, Urgot, Trundle, and Shyvana.
Mage(<3150) : There are literally 25 mages below this price, 21 of them are meta mages that can be played mid
Support: Soraka, Alistar, Janna, Morgana, Taric, Zilean, Karma, Lux, Sona, and Blitzcrank
Tanks: Take the fighter list and add Sion, Chogath, Galio, Nunu, and Amumu.
Marksmen: There are 5 champions under the cost of 3150- Ashe, Sivir, Tristana, Miss Fortune, and Twitch.
The next smallest lists have nearly double the available champions, all of which have better places in the meta. In a role which varies heavily based on the support's pick(and in soloqueue, carry players have almost no impact on that choice), ADC's should at least have the option to pick a champion that works well with the support. We need more choices, not the least of any class in the game. Adjust prices based on. Kallista released SIX YEARS AGO, and is still 6300 BE. The champions should be priced based on their playstyles, with at least one option from each playstyle at each price, or at least as close as Riot can get it.
I'd propose that the categories for ADC are Early, Mid, and Lategame power, as well as a category for Utility and a category for Safety. A case could be made for waveclear as well, but in a world where Runaan's hurricane exists I don't think it's as important as it could be. Here would be the categories I propose:
Early Power: Draven, Lucian, Caitlyn
Midgame: Varus, Ezreal, Miss Fortune, Jhin
Late Game: Kai'sa, Xayah, Twitch, Kallista, Aphelios, Vayne, Jinx, Kog'maw
Utility: Ashe, Senna, Sivir (arguably Varus can go here too)
Safety/Self-Peel: Tristana, Ezreal, and Xayah
Some of the champions appear multiple times, but that's an issue for the Riot balance team and not me to deal with.
There are no champions with early power available at or under 3150, there is one midgame champion available, one late game carry, a couple of decent utility champions, and a very poor self-peeling champ. I think the BE pricing on these champions needs to be revisited so that new accounts have access to good choices from each category by the time they're ready to enter ranked.

Collect coins with the event missions and spend them on random champ tokens you can activate then exchange for BE. I used this method to buy Jhin, Jinx, Varus, Xayah, and Tristana in less than a week.
Also you can buy the bot lane starter pack to get Lucian, Vayne, and Ezreal.
That’s gonna be a great solution in 5 months when worlds rolls around
