Did you check your CMOS / BIOS Battery ? Maybe thats the problem which i really doubt, Do you have another PSU ?

Do you have a case on ? Maybe its an electrical short ( Or idk what you call it in english)

Try to unplug everything unneccesary

Edit : Not an electrical short sorry, If you have anything metal connecting directly with the motherboard or any component this may cause the issue

Try to see if everything is connected properly, Check the power cable too id its seated well and check if its bad if you have another one laying around

Unfortunately I don't have any spare parts I happened to have the right kind of battery so I swapped it, no change.

The board is on the box everything is out of the case.

Only things connected are CPU and CPU fan, gpu, 8pin and 24 pin connector to the board and 8 pin to the gpu.

I know there's no screen, but do you get any fan spin or total silence?

Also, can't really tell from pics, but is everything plugged in correctly? It looks like the perif and CPU are running off the same psu cord but can't tell if it's just the shadows that make it look that way.

The CPU fan and gpu fans come on. After about 15 seconds the gpu fans go off but CPU fan keeps going.

They're not on the same cord

Tried checking out the manual since I'm not familiar with the board. Is there a troubleshooting LED panel? Some boards will have them in a corner and will light up as it checks dram, vga, etc.

At the risk of repeating double check everything is seated properly and try clearing cmos. If I come up with anymore ideas I'll let you know, best of luck.
