Automatic repair will not load

ASRock B450M PRO4-F Ryzen 5 2600 16GB RAM 2 x 8GB 2400MHz MSI 6750XT 600W PSU 1TB M.2 - boot drive 250GB SSD 1TB HDD 1.5TB HDD

No new components. The newest is the GPU which was installed a month ago with no issues since.

I've unplugged everything external except power cable and HDMI

I've unplugged both HDDs and the SSD

I shut down my PC every night and when I'm away from it on my lunch (WFH)

I recently received a box from my parents containing books and toys of my childhood. My son(2 years old), being a train fanatic, has taken to a plastic train that has 4 buttons for noises. I popped some new batteries in it and got nothing. Took it apart and found 2 wires leading to the speakers are disconnected from the board. I'm also assuming that there's supposed to be some sort of pressure buttons on top of the board. I'm not sure what I'm doing at all with this repair my hobby is woodworking, so any subreddits geared towards electrical repair would work I guess.
