Recipe:

  • 5 Gallon for the keg
  • 3kg of "Local" Honey (Bought from the farmers market, no idea what kind)
  • 2kg of frozen blueberries
  • 5tsp of DAP for nutrients
  • Lalvin 71B
  • Pectic enzyme

I was originally planing to stabilize and back sweeten it, but after tasting I really like it dry so I left it alone. Currently drinking it WAY too young out of the kegerator. Siting around 6.5%

Yum.

Intrigued by the metric weights, standard volume, and yet a sticker from a couple blocks over from my work.

Lol, bought the kegerator from a friend who moved to Canada from Denver.
