I see absolutely no reason why any minister should have businesses registered in offshore accounts.
They should instantly have to disclose any secret associations on election.
That obviously will never happen.
"I see absolutely no reason why any minister should have businesses registered in offshore accounts." Absolutely correct. And further, it indicates a mindset that says 'I' m gonna game the system (whether it be the Murray Darling water system or whatever) and I've set up the company to take profit in a tax haven so I don't have to pay tax (on that profit) - to my very own government! '. The crystal clear take-away is that he and his mates are NOT working for the Australians who elected them, they are in parliament for their very own benefit, at the expense of Australians. "They should instantly have to disclose any secret associations on election" - any self respecting political party should not even allow preselection of this type of scum!
Well wouldn’t be a secret then would it! Hardly worth trying to get in to politics if all attempts to advance your business interests have to be transparent, nobody would vote for you!
Just an honest member of parliment working hard for his constituants that have elected him and not in self interest.
Nope i couldn't type that without a smirk...
Nothing to see here boys...
This
You can see why Salin Mehajer thought he could get away with his corruption when people like Angus can be as corrupt as they want.
Someone should do do a podcast series on Taylor’s murky dealings...
In other news, water is wet and Angus is a piece of shit.
Perfectly put!
