I have a panel interview, it goes ok (in my mind), the interviewers make sure to say "we will call you back quickly" during the interview. Then.....silence, no follow up & when I ring and ask I get "haven't heard back from hiring manager" Now, I understand that if they really saw me in that role they would follow up straight away. Fine with that.
My question is: is it ok to keep asking the HR recruiter for feedback or some kind of answer??

Hi, I'm building a plywood template for hand built clay cylinders. My intention is to produce the same dimension over and over eg a 26cm length, .5cm thick and 10cm wide strip of clay. (Then I will apply a pattern, roll into a small cylinder, eventually into a small cup)
My question is: Do I varnish or oil the plywood template or leave it raw? Do any of these have side effects on the clay.
Thanks in advance.
