Is my design idea crazy?
I wanted to get a tattoo when the quarantine is over, and since last week I was thinking about what to get, as this is my first ever tattoo.
I wanted to get something in my entire forearm, and my main idea was having my two cats, one at the bottom and one at the top, looking at each other, and as they were chasing each other in a circle, and in the middle, I still don't know what to put in there. Thing is, as I like the sinister themes, my main idea was having half the bodies of my cats without any muscle or fur, just the bones. And in the center I wanted something that represents life or time. I'm talking about a realistic tattoo.
Problem is, my forearm is not that big, and I was worried because the idea of having half the bodies of my cats as skeletons seemed hard af to get it done.
I hope I explained myself. What do you think about this?

Sketch it out, find an artist, talk about what they can do for you. Getting your entire forearm done as your first might be a bit much tho.
How could I sketch it out? Im not a good drawer, and my photoshop abilities arent that good either. I'm already contacting some studios but it will took some days for them to answer me, thats why I came here to ask. And I dont have any problem on getting a big tattoo at first, it would be just the exterior forearm or the interior im not yet sure
I'd say just do your best. Tattoo artists probably get shitty sketches all the time, it's their own vision and hard work that turns it into a great tattoo, maybe include some reference like pictures of your cats, or tattoos that look similar. (Don't copy tattoos tho)
