Do you mean Premiere Pro? And what is kissanime?

Yes I'm in premiere pro and I'm just wondering if there's a torrent or something that will allow my to download the mp4 of the anime in full resolution with the audio track with it

Try this website: https://ybmate.com/youtube-to-mp4
Note: a few pop ups will pop up (unless you have a pop up blocker), but you just keep pressing convert until results show at the bottom of the screen. It should give you results on which quality setting you would like to download (760, 1080, etc). Let me know what happens.
