Manager job opportunity - can I ask for job specifics before applying?

Can I ask for job specifics (pay, hours, benefits, staffing) before applying for a job? I don’t want to apply if the job package isn’t as good as what I have now as I’m concerned that applying might compromise my current job (retail pharmacy, small town). I don’t want to risk it if it’s not worth it.

That’s what job interviews are for. If you are seriously looking at new jobs then risk having the interviews

Absolutely and much more. You should definitely want to grow in your career. Not only that but you should also ask what is your upside if you perform well. Can you apply for clinical roles within the company or any other positions that would open up if you do well. What is the dm expectation of how you perform at this position.
