Will A Mobile Order Using Stars Count For the Current Rewards Promo?

Retired Partner-for-Life here. There’s currently a rewards promo through the end of the month giving 25 stars for every mobile order. If I use stars to pay for the order will it still qualify for the promo or must money on the card be spent. Promo says every mobile order not “purchase.” I know in the past the use of the word “visit” still meant money had to be spent.
