Any complaints about this vacuum? Looking for any negative feedback before I go and buy one.

The only issue I've had with mine is the the joint between the power head and the wand got loose and dyson sent a new one under warranty. Overall after many years of dyson hating, I've found the v11 torque to be a nice vacuum to use. I run a miele c3 homecare a few times a month but the v11 holds its own. It does have the cheap plastic feel and frankly I'd be impressed if it held up more than 2 years so if your looking for a bullet proof "forever" machine,I'd look elsewhere but if you want a cordless with good power and an hour or so of runtime, which I've got a handful of times, it fits the bill. Simplicity, Miele, and shortly Lindhaus have cordless options that may be better in your situation, if you haven't considered them, but there all up there for best of the best right now.

I have a playlist on the subject. To highlight a few points.

*It's too big and bulky compared to its competitors. *you're paying a premium price for a subpar quality product that will need to be replaced in 2 to 4 years most of the competition will last Mitch longer *No hard floor tool included. *Battery life isn't even close to what's advertised. *No interchangeable battery ( this was solved with their premium overweight version.) *Bagless machine requiring high maintenance.

What surfaces are you primary looking to clean ?
