[TOMT] [MEME] [Late 2019-2020] Looking for Old Meme Guy Who Videos Himself

Here’s the gist, folks. So, maybe a few months ago I saw these meme videos of this old guy. He looks like the dude who sings in his car, but maybe 10-20 years older, with sparse and patchy stubble for a beard and wears a baseball cap. The cap could be backwards but I’m not sure on that. I do believe he has glasses.

His bit is that he talks really memey and he acts like he’s still in high school. The last video I saw of him that I remember is that he’s talking to the camera while walking and he’s describing his experience of masturbating in a public restroom and I know he uses two different euphemisms for the act, but I don’t quite remember which ones. I do also believe that there is a video of him attempting to start a rap career and it was a very poorly performed rap. Thanks for you help, guys.
