UDPATE: 50 core deal charged me actual core price instead of 50. Please help

I received a response today to my original post and wanted to update everyone- especially those who helped me out. I got a great response from tech support, way better than I expected, even though I had to wait a week for it. I got my cores back and was able to keep the energy! I am extremely happy with this resolution, but also sad for all the others who didn't get their cores back. I'm sorry you guys were not as fortunate as I.

I wish there was something I could do for all the rest of you who were told they were out of luck, but the best I could think of was to suggest everyone try submitting another ticket, referencing my resolution and politely asking for the same treatment. I feel that being patient and polite, but also honest, were key features to being given such a generous outcome. If any of you do decide to try again, I wish you the best of luck!
