New gardener new pothos plant question

Hi, I am just starting to get into plants and I recently had this pothos shipped to me. It was missing some dirt so I had to add some dirt and replant. However one part seems to be coming off the side and falling over. It almost seems separate from the main plant. Is this normal? Should I be doing something to fix it? Thanks very much in advance for any help. [Pictures] (https://imgur.com/a/2bFEjbR)

Nurseries often place multiple cuttings in one pot. I just split apart a four inch pot today. It had no less than six individual cuttings. Pothos can be trained to grow up using supports or naturally over side of pot. I saw a picture once that had Pothos trailing down over multiple stories.Pothos in Cuba Motel

That’s good to know, and that’s an incredible photo. I’d love to see something like that in person.
