Google Home refuses to work properly with Philips Hue
I've been trying to fix this for months now but the problem makes absolutely no sense. I've reset everything multiple times, unlinked and relinked services to Google Home app, etc.
My Google Home refuses to answer commands like "turn on/off the lights" and "turn on/off the bedroom/living room lights". I always get "Sorry, I am unable to process your request" as an answer. Commands like "Turn on/off the lamps", "dim the lights to 50%" or "set the scene to Savanna" work fine and are processed instantly. I get the exact same behaviour when I type the commands in the Google Assistant on my phone.
If I try turning off the lights using my "Good night" routine (I do this in the 'adjust the lights, plugs, and more' section) it takes a full 10-15 seconds to turn off only 3 out of 5 lights (leaves 1 on in both rooms, so it's not a room issue), even though all 5 lights are configured to go off in that routine. If I run this routine on my phone in the Google Home app, it also turns off 3 out of 5 lights but it happens instantly, no 10-15 second wait time.
My "Good morning" routine is able to turn on all the lights (using 'Adjust the scenes' section) but this also takes 10-15 seconds. On my phone this routine works fine and instantly.
I am absolutely lost as to what is going on here. Resetting devices, deleting my home and creating a new one, linking and unlinking services from my account have done nothing to solve the problem. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue and been able to fix it?
One thing I remember is that I used to have a "IFTTT" applet that triggered on the phrases "Turn on/off the lights" but this has been deactivated. It also doesn't explain why a routine isn't able to turn off the lights.

You said you've unlinked/linked your account multiple times. Have you done that from within the home app? Or the myhue account page?
I've had strange connection issues over the years with them. unlinking my accounts through here always seemed to do the trick. Once in, if you go to the 'apps' section, deactivate everything that says Google. Will have to relink from within home app, but that might do the trick?
I've done it in both, no result unfortunately. I doubt the issue is with Hue though since saying "turn off all lamps" does the trick just fine.
