I have a relatively boring question. My phone (Sumsung A20e) within android OS automatically updated the app today and now I cannot pause barracks anymore. I'm always pretty careful about turning them off and on and it won't let me anymore. I'll never financially recover from this.
Has anyone else experienced this recently or in the past? Anyone found a solution.

Hi, I have been able to turn mine off. When you go onto the province and select construction, if you then click on the barracks a pop-up should come up and you can press pause. Worked on mine anyway on a Samsung galaxy S20
Yeah, I can get to the pause button, it just doesn't work when I click it
That's odd indeed. Does it close the tab or just not do anything?

Apparently this bug is quite common with this new update - you’re going to have to find a workaround

Has anyone else (on mobile at least) found that when you are building, if you are short on a resource, it no longer shows up as red?
Well it only ever showed up as red when you were losing that resource, even if you had millions of it. Is that what you mean?
If you went to produce/build something didnt there use to be a flag of some sort if you didnt have enough of something? Perhaps not - maybe I just need a coffee...

thats good - thought I was imagining stuff. Now when you build on the build icon it goes straight to "hey, wanna spend some gold?!"
I have the same problem from time to time on android. I use the browser version to disable barracks when that happens.
This was a bug, I have heard multiple players say they had reported it to devs, and it has since been fixed.
