You can do surveys for BTC, but they pay very low for your time. Best bet is to just get a job and turn your pay into Bitcoin.

I use an app called cointiply that will pay you out in Bitcoin for watching ads and taking part in surveys. It does not payout that much but it is a way to earn some Bitcoin without having to buy it.

There is if you're unethical and convince people to send you some for 10x returns

Lie ?
Yeah, please don't ever send anything to anyone who says they'll double it.....triple it...etc.
If it sounds like a scam, it probably is one mate
Unfortunately your android device isn't powerful enough to make a profit, those days of using CPUs/GPUs to profitability mine Bitcoin are long gone
You got options of faucets but usually they take a while, are low payouts, and just not worth it
Best way is to probably earn some fiat (and convert into Bitcoin) or direct BTC for your goods and services
You could eventually set up and run a node and offer your services through CoinJoin but its not like you're going to be making millions while doing nothing. A few sats here and there to tumble some coins and increase anonymity
