Do most ATMs support bitcoin URIs?
Electrum QR codes for addresses are actually bitcoin URIs. Can most ATMs grok those?

If you're having a hard time choosing I'd suggest a trezor one. It is about 40 on Amazon. The starting process is very simple to follow. It is very self-explanatory. I myself got the trezor one (reason for my bias) and makes itself very way to understand the security involved with it. Most of all it's a highly trusted and cheap platform.
