• Both are obsessed with Picard

• Guinan hates both

• Both like to interfere in the affairs of other species

• Neither one reproduces naturally

• There's very strong social influence at work in both species. The individual takes a back seat to the collective good.

I know what you're thinking. If the Q are Borg then why are there still Borg? My answer to this is that you're thinking too linearly. Time and space are no barrier to the Q. T
