I have the REDstone mod menu and it is pretty good... but there I can't find any way to increase my level or rank. I also looked at youtube videos for other mod menus such as Ozark but didn't see anything.

Recovery god's. You can't buy instant delivery through their website because of bitcoin taking forever to come through. Put Ozark engine into Google and there you go!
Using Ozark and teleporting to all the collectables worked for me.

Yes. Its paid but it will always work.

The best trick I know is use a mod menu for teleport, God mode and unlimited bullets, and to stay away from other players. You can collect the whole map in under an hour. You can complete all daily objectives in an hour. You can perform perfect executions every kill. It turns a clunky game into a peppy fun game, for me. In 28 days I hit level 200, $35K, and 285 gold bars. Hunting becomes a breeze. You can run all roles at the same time. You can level up several times an hour. I have a my camp programmed onto F6, the second another player comes around, I hit it and they don't get a chance to report me. If I fail a mission, so be it. You can do all the side missions quickly and easily, legendary bounties become a collectors and xp miner fun time. Every once in a while I lose a moonshine shipment, but it's so easy to get it going again. From the little I know, there are a lot of features not in menus yet, you can contact the Ozark ewsellee and they said they'll give you a 2 hour key to test it out. It may have a rank adjuster.
