It is indeed a spoiler, say player 1 wins game 1. Then game 2 and 3 is spoiled because you know exactly who's going to win. This is why I stay away from screddit and other related sites before watching vod's.
These people who keep whining about spoilers need to take responsibility also. Common sense, you should use spoiler tags but those who don't want to get spoiled should stay away because there's always slipups.
how do you know who's going to win after the first set??
If MKP won the first game and didn't do this gesture, you would know he wins the second. If MKP lost the first game, you would know he wins the second.
If the loser of the Bo3 wins game 1, then you know the other 2 games will be won by the winner of the Bo3. Thus spoiled.
And if the Winner of the Bo3 wins game 1, loses game 2 then you know the result of game 3. Thus partly spoiled.
Yeah it's kind of a spoiler to see who won in a single elimination tournament.
If I'm being downvoted because they always show win after a game is won, I've never seen a celebration after someone wins a single game. They only do them after they win matches.
