USPS is backed up right now because reasons.  NorCal is one of the hardest hit areas.  Just wait, it will come eventually.  And if you get stopped in the mean time, cops can see on the computer that it's been renewed.

For future reference, you can go to a supermarket that has a DMV kiosk and get it on the spot.

Partly because of Covid19, partly because of procrastination, I was pretty late this time getting my car smog checked and sending in my registration, but I did send it in with appropriate fines included.

My check was cashed in early July but I have not received my new sticker.

When I go online to request a replacement it tells me my vehicle is not eligible for a replacement.

Any tips on how to proceed?
