Parents, at what age did you notice your child had HH symptoms?

Hi, I've recently fathered a baby girl. She's two months old now and I'm noticing her hands are a little clammy and I'm worried I might have passed on this condition to her. Am I being paranoid? It has been warm lately, and I have noticed clammy hands on my sisters children (neither have HH) I read somewhere individuals tended to show symptoms earlier when one of their parents suffered from HH. I didn't have any symptoms until around 8 or 9 years old. Thanks!

My daughter is 10 months old and I’ve noticed her hands to be clammy around the fifth month. I just wish her condition(if she gets it) is not as bad as mine. There has to be a cure for this or else I can never forgive myself.

My parents never really noticed so... The first time I can remember was when I was in kindergarten and a friend of mine didn't want to hold my hand. I only have HH on my hands and feet, but not all the time. Gets worst with anxiety and heat.

Me too my parents didn't even know that I have sweaty hands and feet till I told them now I'm 18 and it's still going on

Hey there, I'm not a parent, but I feel that I can weigh in on this.

According to my mother, I've always had it, so I assume since birth.

No one else in my family has it though, so... I'm cursed.

My son started with his during lockdown, think I noticed it around April time. He's 8 years old and will be 9 next month. It's hands and feet for now.

I recently looked at some photos of myself as a baby/young toddler and you can very much see how red my hands are (my hands go red when they sweat) and they glisten in the photos 😩 I can't believe I didn't realise that I had this condition until I was 13

I’ve noticed my son sweats his sheets til wet if we don’t have a fan on him :/ this is since 18 months
