Is the event still completable with a late start?
If I play a lot over the next 2 days can I still unlock all or most of the rewards or is it simply impossible once this far behind?

Depends on how behind you are. People posted here that they finished day 2 or day 3 and that's without Quick Draw Labs so it's very doable but prepare to grind for it.

If you play for 40 hours nonstop in the Quickdraw Lab it's possible to get 200 wins or so

Maybe not all, but try to get multiple done with the same deck.

Two people finished it on day two, so it's possible. Just takes an aggro deck and some time.

You would need to net over 125 wins and complete all the quests to get close to 200 points
