Question re: name change when lien released on car

Auto

I'm so sorry if this is the wrong place to ask this, I'm not sure where would be better.

I just made the last payment on my car and received the title in the mail. My state is only accepting mail-in requests for removing liens from titles right now. Both my address and my name have changed since I bought the car. The title says if my address has changed, I should just cross out the old one and write the new one on the title, but what about my name? I've tried to reach someone at DMV to ask this and can't get a hold of anybody. I was thinking of also crossing out my name and writing my new one, and including photocopies of my marriage license (which has my name change on it) and my driver's license which also has my correct name? Any ideas?

EDIT: This is in Oregon.
