FastForecast 4 September
Good evening Citizens, your FastForecast is proud to be back online with all of you. Anvil has told us the Terrapin will be in the shop for a while but our Valkyrie now has the weather tracking package that Anvil is rapidly getting to be known for.
Tonight we take a look at the underbelly of the Stanton system, vices. With the upgraded stealth systems built into the Anvil Valkyrie, we were able to sit outside of several drug dens and monitor ships coming and going and were surprised by the increase in traffic over just 2 weeks ago. For those who are looking for a fast credit, drugs like Neon and Widow are still the way to do it. What does this mean for those running these products? Ports that are willing to take such things are having a tough time keeping unloaders that are willing to handle the property without sampling the items. This means long unloading and loading times for these particular commodities. No one said a quick credit was actually fast.
In weapon news, the scientists on Aberdeen are quietly pushing out a new size 10 torpedo. What does this mean for ship to ship warfare is anyone's guess but the Vaduul are going to be surprised. Inside sources say these new warheads pack a heavier punch than even the size 9's and treat heavy armor like construction paper. We think Torpedo Burrito may need to add a new size to their menu.
The skies over PO and T&M continue to be quiet with the UEE Navy's presence as well as privately hired security forces keeping the peace to encourage miners and traders to keep supplies flowing into the station. T&M is now boasting a NEW frozen StimCaf dispenser called StimCaf Galactic that is guaranteed to give you a brain freeze. Talk about eye opening.
We've been privileged to bring you your FastForecast FastBreak tonight and we thank you for listening to us here. We are funded by Anvil, nothing takes a beating like an Anvil, StimCaf-when you need to be awake and alert next week and listeners like you.
