Shotgun changes seem to have made her more consistent vs small targets like Ana or Genji. Zarya dmg vs armor nerfed, Hog dmg nerfed. Slightly faster matrix recovery. Hitscan nerfs. I thought she needed a revert to matrix range, but she’s feeling REALLY good since the patch...
What do you think?

Yeah but need to stay away from enemy zaryas because they will burn you down in a second.
But d.va is strong due to hit scan being good. She counters both ana and mercy too, who are the strongest healers right now. Plus no shielding so you have a chance to hit big bombs.
D.Va in my opinion was the only hero who benefited from the fixed spread. Or at the very least benefited from it the most.
She can definately fight smaller heroes better, meanwhile HOG got a double nerf with this patch and his hook combo basically doesn't exist.
Yeah the damage difference is really noticeable.
Sooooooo your saying we need to start the nerf dva mob? I’m down they nerfed all my heroes recently.
Give it a week, I guarantee you it'll happen.
The Hitscum crowd always gets what they want in this game, and anything that impedes them slightly gets all the attention.
Have you been playing this game in the past two weeks? They literally just nerfed almost every hitscan

Widowmaker has falloff at ranges 99% of the maps naturally dont allow anyway.

Go play a full MOBA if you want aim to not matter, or just improve your own
Dva is commonly picked in the OWL playoffs. Her pickrate has increased on Overbuff too.
I don’t mind Dva being strong since Dva takes a lot of skill and teamwork to play well.
Sombra is also a perma-pick in OWL. There are some heros which benefit a lot in strength from coordinated teamplay that you don't even find in GM PC games.
DVA falls into that category. I think she's still outclassed by Sigma. Ball and winston are also way stronger on ladder.
not to mention Zarya. Zarya/Hog is probably better for most of the ladder than Dva/Hog.
I dunno. I think the changes have benefited her and she’s stronger than people think. She’s played in OWL on the old patch and I think the shotgun changes have buffed her damage.
