Even though your poem is quite short it really conveys its message very well. This feeling many of us know, when you are in love and the object of your affections simply doesn’t return your feelings, which makes everything else suddenly seem bleak and lifeless even though that might not be the truth. 
Expressing this so well in so few words is really amazing.

I want to show you that I'm loved

But you don't see

And that somehow

Makes all the love in the world

Insignificant.
