Bloody hell...proofreading not a priority of that site?
But yeah, cops hate cyclists....
You wouldn't think it was so funny if you got slapped with a tremendous mate it really hurts.
pussy. Talk to be when you're been slapped with a ginormous.
I think their monkeys have been mashing the keyboard.
Edit: Is it wrong of me to want to read more articles from this site? The Thesaurus app seem stuck on gibberish mode. All of the articles on there seem to be affected to a degree.
Is this article auto-generated? Some of the shittiest writing I’ve ever seen.
The entire site is full of befuddling copies of other articles with strange synonyms used in the text which make them completely nonsensical.
I had a read of some of the other articles from that website ('newschant'). They're all written like crap. It's actually an Indian news site that probably aggregates news and runs it through some sort of translator to avoid copyright.
"Hey can I copy our homework?"
"Sure, just change it up a bit so it doesn't look copied"
I originally found the article on a Murdoch site but didn’t want to share that version.
Good.
But seriously, was whoever wrote that load of shit an English speaker?
Road Rules: these apply to cyclists also.
Cyclists: :surprisedpikachuface:
The cyclist took the video to NSW Police – solely to be slapped with a tremendous for travelling too removed from the left-hand aspect of the street.
Cyclist sad the law is applied to them.
Is this article bot generated or something it's terrible to read?
What the English!?

Thank you both for saving me an excruciating read. I wanted to know the story but get frustrated af when journalists can’t English properly.

Indeed it it. Machine translated from the original to evade copyright, or something, but the images give it away.
...Well, that, and the link at the bottom of the trashticle->https://7news.com.au/travel/walking-cycling/cyclist-fined-after-dobbing-in-driver-who-illegally-overtook-him-c-1343379
Thanks for the link. I was two paragraphs in before I couldn't handle it any more.
So here's the legislation: https://www.legislation.nsw.gov.au/view/html/inforce/current/sl-2014-0758
I'm struggling to find the reference to "The cyclist took the video to NSW Police - only to be slapped with a fine for travelling too far from the left-hand side of the road."
I was bored so I had a look. I found part 11, Division 2, #129 -
(1) A driver on a road (except a multi-lane road) must drive as near as practicable to the far left side of the road.
(2) This rule does not apply to the rider of a motor bike.
So only motorbikes can get away with not keeping as far left as possible.
Newschant is Indian. I think what has happened is they have taken the original English article, translated it into Hindi, then run it back through some Indian knockoff of Google Translate for their English sites.
