The data from trackers shows dimir rogues, monored and omnath ramp/adventure as the most popular decks and all having win rates of about 60% with a variety of other decks like mono green aggro holding onto 60% win rates even though they are much less popular.
It's not the greatest meta but people are having at least moderate success playing non omnath decks.

How does the tracker get that info ?

It gathers data from everyone who uses the tracker. Its incomplete information but its the best data we have right now.

I guess if that's what th data says. I play brawl mostly and it seems like about a quarter of the matches are omnath.
