Handles/braces for helping mobility in bed

I struggle a lot with rolling out of bed in the morning. The twisting of my spine as I roll really starts the day off poorly.

I'm thinking about hanging a chain or bar above my bed, for pulling myself up. It would be more work than rolling but the pressure on the spine would be balanced. Has anyone tried anything like this? Or any kind of handle for getting out of/moving around the bed?

I have a bed rail type of thing. It has been a game changer for me:

Where do you find that works best? The pic shows it further down the bed than I'd expect.

I have mine at the top of the bed. I think some people might use it as a bed rail to prevent falls too, but I have mine all the way up. I use it to roll over on my side during the night and as a leverage point to get out of bed in the morning. I just find it takes a lot of pressure off my back and helps more than I could imagine. Once you set it up and tick it under your bed to support it, it’s actually not as noticeable as you would think.
