They are "guaranteeing" a red prize... Bull Pucky. This is straight manipulative TH phrasing

This promotion does guarantee a red gem prize, if you actually close out of that table and look at the promotion's board you'll even see the red gem that you can click on if you had another key to use to get it.

Its not saying "buy a key" since you can get free keys pretty easily.

Can confirm after coming back a day later to use daily keys, whatever it's saying is guaranteed, is in fact, guaranteed. I know... Shock lol.

Usually it really is what it says but then it is just garbage like dung tickets or something

I got a lot of down votes on a post I made saying that Jagex would never use the word "guarantee" on TH. I would recommend reading your TH to see just how manipulative Jagex has gotten.
If others aren't seeing this then I have been targeted (which is even worse) since I used to play 12 hours a day and I have a really addictive personality, but have recently gotten a new job that pays a lot more (more money for jagex), but means I can only play about an hour a day, either way this is super sleezy.

Mate, you are actually guaranteed a red. There is no lie or manipulation here

Yea, it will still be there even if you don't buy any keys and just get one randomly through gameplay.

it's manipulating you into buying keys. Not hard to understand

It is actually really simple to understand. This is about as manipulative as seeing a nice shirt in a clothing store. If you have the money, then you can buy it if you want. That pretty much goes with everything you find in stores, since it is all guaranteed once you purchase it. Just like when he will use his next key for a red.

Lmao, that analogy was so terrible.
You don't have to buy 20 random things beforehand to then get a guaranteed shirt. Keep trying.

But it is guaranteed, not difficult to understand

I've had that few times with this promo.
Every time so far, it's been shown which square contains the guaranteed red prize.
So yeah, guaranteed red prize has been available, IF I choose to accept it.
