Hector vs Seltos
Which ones better? Quality wise and comfort wise

Hector is a Chinese car so it's resale value will be abysmal and we don't know about the long term issues . Seltos is really good and selling a lot , it's base variant is really good and value for money too. If you go for seltos then definitely get the diesel version.

For some reason MG hector is not doing well better to check that ,as far as Kia seltos is concerned it is selling like hot cakes (probably more features in less price)

Seltos gives you more premium feel from inside ,I have seen this car it's amazing.
The only reason I am telling to go for kia as compared to MG is both are new brands in India ,but kia is the one that has strong presence in market (4th rank in overall sales)
You never know when MG leaves India ,if they see less sales figure in coming future.
You can join fb groups of both the cars and try to find the issue people are facing.

What about creta? I’m considering the sxo variant. I’m mostly attracted to the roof. What’s your view on that variant compared to seltos?

Depends on your Budget ,creta is selling in huge numbers because of Hyundai name.
I didn't like the interior of the car , although I have driven this car once (Ola drive in Bangalore)
In case you are more interested towards sunroof ,go for Nexon XMS (budget <10lakhs)
Above 10 lakhs ,if you need refreshing design and interior go with Kia ,Creta has more like box type design (similar to brezza )
If you need strong service network ,then go for Creta.
In terms of power
Creta>Seltos>Nexon>venue= sonet

Hector has very low fuel efficiency and it's reliability is questionable because many hector cars caught fire in delhi and one guy in frustration viral it as donkey vehicle and at last it is pure chinese car with gimmick features, while seltos is cheap and give more features but i suggest you to give a shot to creta.

Seltos, anyday. Can't ever go for Hector for couple of reasons- Long term reliability of a Chinese vehicle is questionable, small service network and doesn't look as bright as the Kia network expansion plan in times to come, parts availability and pricing, too much of gizmos which is a total turnoff for me personally, several owners complain on glitches, etc.

Seltos is much better. It has subjectively better looks, infotainment is better, interiors are premium and moreover, hector is Chinese. The only thing hector has that Seltos doesn't is a panoramic sunroof. In case it is important for you, consider creta

Service network?
Really? I travelled from Mumbai to Alibaug last week and I saw atleast 20 MG Hectors on the way there while only 3-4 Seltos were seen.
But sales numbers are available in the public domain. Seltos sells more than 5 times the Hector or so
