Depends what it’s about.
To ask them if they could remove the enforced waiting period of 10 minutes - when I post a comment, I have to wait 10 minutes before I can post another one. It'd be nice not to have such a restriction.
That’s not a thing. The admins aren’t going to remove the timer if you are consistently getting downvoted. You’re not any different than the hundreds of millions of other users on reddit.
So I get the time restriction because some people don't like my opinion - the same people who use bad language consistently? That doesn't sound fair.
You get time restricted because you’re consistently rude and offensive, insulting, degrading and belittling and just an all around nasty person.
