[TOMT][MOVIE][Before 2010] Movie about a man in a coma dreaming about an amusement park run by monsters.

Monkeybone?

This may have been made quite a bit before 2010, could've been from the 90s.

It may have been a kid's movie.

The monsters were usually furry-looking creatures with horns, but there also some bird things. It was kind of like "where the wild things are". They walked around and talked like regular people. It live-action, not animated.

The movie went back and forth between the man's strange dream and the real world where his family was in the hospital all worried about him.

I don't remember much about the plot, only a few random scenes:

- The main character meets a tiny muskrat-like monster thing that likes to dance and follows him around.

- At one point, the main character is staring into a snowglobe thing and sees himself with his wife in this big white foggy world. And then some lady dressed as a nurse cuts some hose with a big pair of scissors, causing the image of the main character to deflate like a balloon. Then all the monsters in the room start clapping (I guess they were also watching the snowglobe -- like it was some kind of show)

- At some point, the main character sees an older man (a human -- I thiiink it was supposed to be his father). And the older man gets on this one ride where he's shot out of a cannon up into the sky where the clouds have parted and where you expect there to be a full moon, there is instead a gigantic statue head of George Washington (at least that's what I thought it looked like), and this statue head opens its mouth, and the older man is launched inside. Then George Washington closes his mouth, and the clouds cover him once again. I thiiiink this was supposed to be how the character gets out of the amusement park/coma, like a door back to the world of the humans or something.

I'm not too sure if anyone will be able to find this, but boy will I be impressed if someone can!
