Is there any explanation why some of the top ranked arena player are level 20~ and several timers weaker than people at lower rank?
I can understand hiding your party, but I can't comprehend how a level 20 account beats a level 75.

You can rank swap in arena. There's a community out there for that. Having a low power team as a defense for another person can get the 1 time rank reward.
That account is probably way too low for this, but if you go up against the pregenerated (non player) teams, some of them have atrocious team comps that fall to specific builds easily, even with a huge power difference.
But it's most likely cheating (:
In theory they could just be a day one player who hasn’t been beaten but cheating also seems pretty likely
