Is it just me, or has ranked valorant devolved into which team team the matchmaker picks to win? Lately, it seems like I'm more likely to play in a loss where I could play my best game ever and still lose ... or wins where I could throw every round and still win, than actually close games. Has anyone else experienced this?

This iteration of the ranking/MMR system is absolute garbage and needs to be burned to the ground before next act comes around. While I have had some close games, for me the experience is completely different; I either get put in a team where I can do pretty much nothing and still win or I get a complete bot team and have to sweat my balls off to even get any rounds. No in between. So I'm guessing it's a part of the problem.
However I have to admit, it's painfuly obvious that usually one team in the game is way better. Even if it ends 13-10, it's usually because they're not tryharding too much or they have that one player in their team making it effectively a 4v5.
Completely other way around for me. Act 1 Episode 3 was just stomps, derankers and smurfs, this Episode, almost every ranked game has been close.

Just had a match where my team was one Diamond 1, 2 Plat3 and one Plat1 and one Gold3 agains 2 Diamonds2, one Diamond1 and 2 Plat3, tell me why the game made a match like this
I've definitely been experiencing this, and everyone else has been to if you look through the posts on here. I'd say most of my games are at least 13-6 blowouts every time.
Rank has never, and will never, mean so little in this game as it does right now
