Propagation progress of few of my plants questions

Hello I have questions about some of the plants I'm currently propagating:

 

1. Dracaena Marginata, I was water propagating three of them but one of them kept rotting until there was nothing else left. The other two haven't had any root growth in like 6 months, should I just put them in soil as I'm getting worried they will start rotting too? https://i.imgur.com/72q5hUX.jpg

 

2. ZZ, I accidentally damaged a stalk near base so it stopped getting water to leaves. I said screw it and just put a leaf in the soil of closest plant (Diffenbachia) and much to my surprise it rooted in less than 2 months! Should I just keep it there for few more months or do I get it it's own pot? https://i.imgur.com/1J8SwCa.jpg

 

3. Ficuses, I was rooting Ginseng for months until roots were actually bigger than the leaf but it's done absolutely nothing since being put in soil. What am I doing wrong? https://i.imgur.com/5GVLaob.jpg

And also Robusta, I've had it in water for like 6 months now and it's more than ready to be put in soil but I've been waiting for Ginseng to do something first before I repeat it. https://i.imgur.com/XYFraOZ.jpg (roots go down for another 10 more cms) Cut off the rotten parts and put it in soil?

 

4. Jade, same story as ginseng really. I kind of forgot about them at some point so main leaf died but they did have some roots, put them in a bottlecap and they have done nothing. https://i.imgur.com/ku5YvLE.jpg main one had slightly larger roots than the new one, other had smaller.

 

5. Snake Plant, 6 of 7 cuttings (4/4 in water and 2/3 in soil) have turned red and apparently it's some sort of bacteria. Off to the bin? https://i.imgur.com/fsP4SRo.jpg
