Hello I have questions about some of the plants I'm currently propagating:

  1. Dracaena Marginata, I was water propagating three of them but one of them kept rotting until there was nothing else left. The other two haven't had any root growth in like 6 months, should I just put them in soil as I'm getting worried they will start rotting too? https://i.imgur.com/72q5hUX.jpg

  1. ZZ, I accidentally damaged a stalk near base so it stopped getting water to leaves. I said screw it and just put a leaf in the soil of closest plant (Diffenbachia) and much to my surprise it rooted in less than 2 months! Should I just keep it there for few more months or do I get it it'

I know google is very helpful but thought it might be better to ask here as my first two attempts propagating my sansevieria trifasciata failed.

First attempt) I cut them in 3 inches / 10 cm, leave it to callus for 3 days and then put it in cactus mix. All ~10 dried out completely and died in a week or so.

Second attempt) Put entire cutting in water, it got mushy within a week and is dead.

I have 7 leaves remaining as mother plant is likely dead (https://www.reddit.com/r/plantclinic/comments/kmmc0y/sansevieria_rotting_from_inside_but_has_healthy/; All leaves have gotten detached from roots since then so I cut everything off at base and hopefully roots will still grow somethin

Has anyone tried this yet? I've had this Monstera isolated in my shower for more than 3 weeks now, I have been treating it with neem oil on daily basis and showering twice a week. I left it alone for 5 days now and... Still thrips. And some other movement in the soil so it's going out now.

Is it worth trying to rescue it? I've been battling those thrips on same Monstera for months, last cca 5 leaves are already gone but there is a new one growing on the main stalk.
